failureattheremoteparty,oruserequipmentoffline.Errortype:NON_RETRYABLE.

unable to route the phone number. Some TDM networks use this cause to indicate numbers              

of time; e.g. immediately reattempting the call is not likely to be successful. Error type:              

This cause is included in a STATUS message to indicate that a permanently established frame              

mode connection is out of service (e.g. due to equipment or section failure) (see Annex              

29224 Cause 40, Permanent frame mode connection operational: Q.850 description:         

This cause is included in a STATUS message to indicate that a permanently established frame              
