2.9.7.1InboundEmailNotifications
The emails that the server sends to notify the user for delivery notifications can be customized. They are
email messages with the extension of .eml, and can be found in C:\Program Files\NET SatisFAXtion
EmailGateway\PublishedWorkflows\NS_Fax2Email.
These files are plain text files in MIME format. It is recommended to edit these files using Microsoft
Notepad.

2.9.8FileNameWhitelist&Blacklist
The email gateway can be configured to silently strip email attachments so that they are not
converted and faxed. This can be because either the attachment is not faxable (a digital signature
or vcard for example), or because only certain file types are allowed. The blacklist defines a list of
filenamesthatwillneverbesent.Thewhitelistdefinesalistoffilenamesthatwillonlybesent.
The value of each of these is a comma separated list of extensions. Wildcards ‘*’ and ‘?’ are
accepted. Asterisk (*) matches any sequence of zero or more characters. Question mark (?)
