is page allows you to route calls from IP addresses to the telephony interfaces on the device. e following screen shot is an

example only, your hardware will need a dierent conguration. Read below for details.

Create one entry:

Dest. Phone Prex *

Source Phone Prex *

Source IP Address e IP address of the fax server

Trunk Group ID 1

IP Prole ID 0

If you are using an FMIS, create another entry:

Dest. Phone Prex *

Source Phone Prex *

Source IP Address e IP address of the FMIS server

Trunk Group ID 2

IP Prole ID 0

Click “Submit” when you are done. Click “Burn” at the top of the page.
